Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy :

Fairdeal Discount Centre always strives to give you the best and smooth shopping experience possible. However, any opened, used, teared/tampered package or damaged products cannot be accepted for refund, cancellation, exchange or return, once the product is shipped.


How Do I Return an Item Purchased?
We offer an easy return policy, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request within 5 days of its delivery.
Step 1: Reach out to us with the issue on the mail.
- Via Email: Share an email to our Customer Support team at fairdealdiscount@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the order.
Step 2:
Once your request is received, based on the outcome of the return raised, we will pick the item from you. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with the seals, labels, and bar-codes intact.
Notes:
- If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available; we will refund you the full amount.


Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange :
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
- Returned without original packaging including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories or if the original packaging is damaged.
- Serial number is tampered with.
- Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty.
- Product is used or altered.
- If the request is initiated after 5 days of order delivery.
- Free product provided by the brand.
A mandatory unboxing video of the received package is required to verify any damage claim. The video should be sent to our Customer Support team via e mail: - fairdealdiscount@gmail.com. Any type of claims must be raised and reported on the given details within 5 business days from the time of delivery. Failing to do so will result in the rejection of the claim. Returns are only applicable if (a) the product was received in a damaged condition, (b) has any missing components or (c) wrong product received. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for any reason, including errors or omissions in the information You provide to us. If We do so after payment has been processed, We will issue a refund to You in the amount of the purchase price. If any refund has been processed then it will be transferred in our store credits, websites codes/vouchers.
All products once purchased are non-refundable. 
We also may request additional information from You prior to confirming a sale and We reserve the right to place any additional restrictions on the sale of any of our products. You agree to ensure payment for any items You may purchase from Us and You acknowledge and affirm that prices are subject to change. We will issue a product replacement only in case of wrong product received or completely damaged product received. We will accept return only if the product is returned to us in an unused, sellable, and undamaged condition, in its original packaging with all the original components of the package. Any single product in the kit/combo cannot be cancelled, returned or replaced/exchanged. Only products bought from the official website can be returned to us. We will not accept any returns of products bought from third party websites or physical stores. Please allow one-two weeks for your return to be processed, it will need to be verified by our customer support team. You will receive a call or an email once your return is processed. The product must be returned within 5 days of the delivery date with the mandatory video as mentioned above. Missing products or wrong order must be reported within 5 days of delivery.


Special Return/Exchange/Refund Rules :
For certain marketing campaigns or mega sale periods, special return/exchange/refund rules may apply. Information regarding this is visible on the promotion banner. For any clarification, please feel free to contact our customer care


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product :
If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can kindly share an image and unboxing video of the product and the invoice for our reference.
- Via Email: Share an email to our Customer Support team at fairdealdiscount@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the order. Once your request is received, based on the outcome of the return raised, we will pick the item from you. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and bar-codes intact.


Cancellation Policy :

Cancellation can be done only before the product is shipped (Only valid on orders placed and delivered within our country). If the item(s) you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you
can raise your cancellation request via email at fairdealdiscount@gmail.com.


How Will I Get Refunded for the Cancelled Orders and How Long Will This Process Take?
- In case of cancellation before shipment, we initiate the refund within 3-5 business days after receiving the cancellation request.
- In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received by us and verified at our warehouse.
- For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be initiated to the same account from which the payment was made within 3-5 business days of us receiving the
products back. It may take 5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Notes:
- We do not offer wallet refunds for cancellations.
- Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.


Do I Have to Return the Free Gift When I Return a Product?
Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.


Can I Return Part of My Order?
Yes. A return can be created at the item level, and if you have ordered multiple items, you can

initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.
 

How Will I Get Refunded for the Returned Orders and How Long Will This Process Take?
In case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
- For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be initiated to the same account from which the payment was made within 3-4 business days of us receiving the
products back. It may take 5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Notes:
- The refund amount will exclude shipping fees.
- We do not offer Cash On Delivery (COD) refunds as all orders must be prepaid.
